BRIEF RESUME OF PRINCIPALS:
 
Mr. Edelstein and Ms. Corley each bring unique qualifications to the field of real estate and affordable housing development.  Their combined experience includes more than 7,500 building/site analyses, and financing and development work on more than 1,000 units of housing and mixed-use combinations.  Their special interest and expertise is the financing and development of high-quality affordable housing.


Harvey Edelstein received his Masters of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from the Yale School of Architecture in 1973 and has spent his entire professional life designing, building, analyzing, restoring, and remodeling buildings.  He has more than 30 years of experience developing affordable and public housing though non-profit and for-profit companies, and has worked extensively with the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, the Department of Economic and Community Development, the Connecticut Housing Investment Fund,   the Federal Home Loan Bank, and other housing finance organizations.  His specialties are architectural project oversight, construction management, and owner representation.

 Maureen Corley received her Bachelors Degree (B.S.) in Accounting from Quinnipiac University and has worked in the field of real estate lending, accounting, and administration for more than twenty years.  She has previously held positions at the Connecticut Housing Investment Fund and Constitution Mortgage Bankers, and has worked extensively with the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, the Department of Economic and Community Development, the Federal Home Loan Bank, and other housing finance organizations.  Her specialties are financial project oversight, budget implementation, and accounting compliance.
