Connecticut Housing Finance Authority HTCC Application Scoring 2016 Awards

On July 1st, 2016, The Connecticut Housing Finance Agency (CHFA) announced awards for the second round of State Housing Tax Credits (HTCC). The Avery Park Revitalization Initiative was awarded $500,000 in HTCC proceeds which will be used as part of the first phase of the new Woodland Springs housing development in Stafford, CT totaling the value of the project at more than $20,000,000.
